Hyatt - Grissini and Sticky Fingers

Hyatt’s two new restaurants are now open in Cologne. Located on the Cologne-Deutz Rhine bank in Cologne, both restaurants boast incredible views.

Here’s an insight into the concept and design features of the two restaurants…

Grissini

Grissini is a restaurant of understated elegance serving Italian cuisine. The interiors combine classic forms with more contemporary elements.

Sticky Fingers

Sticky Fingers interiors were urban inspired in keeping with their street food offering. Raw industrial finishes form the backdrop for their colourful finger friendly dishes.

ArchiChef Night and The Super Final

ArchiChef Round 1

In October Design Command had the pleasure of competing in ArchiChef night. A inter-practice competition where each practice designs a dish and a 5 course meal determines the best dish. We designed a starter called ‘Summer is not over yet…’ that represented our company and won dish of the night!

Super Final

Last week we took part in the Super Final, against one other practice, designing a festive cocktail called ‘Dale Dale Dale’. Such fun nights and competition - we can’t wait for the next!
