Woodside House for Collegiate AC was one of our first PBSA projects and an important early milestone in our student living portfolio.

The scheme includes 91 bedrooms along with a collection of communal spaces including a Games Room, Sky Lounge, Cinema and Dining Room. Our brief was to create an environment that felt uplifting, luxurious and welcoming, a place where students could feel at home while still being inspired by their surroundings.

We developed an interior concept built around rich materials, bold accents and warm social spaces that encourage connection and community. The result is a contemporary student hotel with a clear sense of identity and a design led atmosphere that sets a confident benchmark for modern student living
