New Century Place for Collegiate AC was another significant project in the development of our student living portfolio. The scheme included a mix of studio apartments, one bedroom layouts and two bedroom duplexes, supported by a range of shared amenities.

The communal spaces included a Karaoke Area, Reception, Dinner Party Room and a Bar Lounge Area, all designed to bring students together and create a strong sense of community within the building.

We introduced rich materials, confident colour and thoughtful detailing throughout, creating a warm and contemporary atmosphere that supported both independent living and shared experience. The result was a distinctive student residence with a clear identity and a welcoming character that strengthened the wider PBSA offer
