Ernest Place is a student hotel with over 300 studio rooms based in Durham.

The brief for this scheme was to create a luxurious environment that felt homely whilst also being a trendy venue in which to relax.

We achieved this by using dark tones and natural timbers alongside various
metallic finishes.
